7 days of menus on each page. All meals/snacks with the same requirements are grouped together. On each page, there would be 7 breakfast menus, 14 lunch/dinner menus, and 21 snack ideas.
All menus with the same requirements should be grouped together. One page would have breakfast ideas. There would be 2-3 pages with lunch and dinner ideas. Then there would be 2-3 pages of snack ideas.
Keep it like it is now, with a breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon (pm) snack, dinner and evening (eve) snack for each day.
